Podcast

Intro:

Hello Ty, and welcome to our wonderful school here at Mayflower. We have spotted you around as you've been getting to know us with your colleague Gemma. Thank you for being with us. We can't wait to hear more about what you are up to. Let's get started.

Q1: We have noticed that you have been at our school every week, talking to parents. Can you tell us why you are here?

Q2: Why should our parents come and speak to you? What can you do to help them and us as a family?

Q3: What support do you offer to help people find and keep a job?

Q4: Mr Sammels and Mrs Miller told us that one of your strategies for #ToppingUp on positive energy is to travel. How does visiting new countries help you to become even better at what you do? Should we travel and why?

Q5: At school, we learn all about the Fundamental British Values - they are Democracy, Rule of Law, Respect and Tolerance and Individual Liberty - do the fundamental British values play an important role in your day to day work?

Q6: The Seetec Pluss vision is: 'To inspire and empower people in work, life and wellbeing' - why is wellbeing important?

Q7: What sort of things can we do to improve our own wellbeing so that we can thrive at school?

Q8: There are lots of people looking for jobs. How can we stand out from the crowd in the future? Do you have any advice for us now that will help us when we come to look for a job?

Q9: Why is it important to find a job that you enjoy?

Q10: What sort of practical support do you offer parents who wish to work with you?

Outro:

It has been a pleasure talking to you today Ty. Sadly, that's our time run out. Thank you for supporting our families here at Mayflower. Perhaps you could come back later in the year to tell us about the impact you have had on our family's lives? Until then, remember, 'Together we can...'
