Together we can...inspire curious learners

Bio

I have been working at Mayflower for a long time and am proud to be an experienced member of the Key Stage 2 team. Over the years, I have developed a wealth of knowledge and skills that enable me to support children effectively throughout their learning journey, helping them to become confident, independent, and successful learners.

I am passionate about supporting children's academic, social, and emotional development, ensuring that every pupil feels valued, included, and able to reach their full potential. I enjoy working closely with pupils, teachers, and families to create a positive learning environment where children feel safe to challenge themselves, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their achievements.

Throughout my time at Mayflower, I have supported children with a wide range of learning needs and abilities, delivering targeted interventions, providing classroom support, and helping pupils to build confidence in their own capabilities. I take pride in developing positive relationships with children and encouraging resilience, independence, and a love of learning that will support them throughout their education.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing children grow in confidence and make progress, both academically and personally. I am committed to continually improving my own practice and value the opportunity to participate in our weekly CPD sessions, which allow me to expand my knowledge, share best practice with colleagues, and ensure I provide the highest quality support for all pupils. Being part of the Mayflower community is a privilege, and I am dedicated to helping every child thrive and achieve their very best.
