Bio

I feel incredibly lucky to be able to be apart of Mayflower. I believe that the early years are a magical time of a child’s development and it’s a job to help each child grow in confidence and wonder.

Outside the classroom, I love spending time with my family especially if that includes going out for food. I like to keep my body moving through running, the gym and taking my Whippet Maggie for a long walk.

Why Mayflower?

From the moment I stepped through the doors the team at Mayflower opened me with open arms. Mayflower has such a family feel that Iknow has a team that will encourage me to be the best version of myself.

What I am reading

I love to read in front of the fire on the sofa with a blanket. I am currently reading ‘The let them theory’ which is about being able to stop letting other peoples opinions control your life.

What am I Researching?

I am currently researching how online Maths resources can reduce the effects maths anxiety has on a child. This is something I studied for my dissertation at University and I have carried on studying.
